Garfield Neighborhood Revitalization Plan highlights the residential, recreational, transportation and economic development opportunities and community building needs of a suburban community.  As with all our neighborhood plans, the planning process was tailored to address the needs of the neighborhood residents and stakeholders. Topics discussed in this plan include, but are not limited to, Quality of life, Urban Design, Ecology, Housing, Transportation, Public safety, Parks and Open Space, and Downtown Development.

The Plan includes an Executive Summary; Area description and an inventory of area assets and liabilities; Goals and objectives aimed at improving neighborhood challenges, Strategies/Recommended projects and programs; Land use and zoning recommendations for future uses of properties in the area, Milestones that suggest a timetable for action items and respective initiative leaders, and a matrix of relevant funding sources required to execute the Plan strategies and recommendations.
