Maplewood Irvington Avenue Corridor Study

As part of the “Together North Jersey” HUD funded regional planning effort for the northern New Jersey region, the Irvington Avenue Corridor Study was selected as the location for a Local Demonstration Project (LDP).The core study area included two-blocks with frontages along Irvington Avenue; specifically between Putnam Street and Franklin Terrace. Nishuane Group conducted several outreach and engagement sessionsand assisted with plan development for this project. Services included identification and creation of a stakeholder database, development of survey tools, organization and facilitation of focus group and open house sessions and data analysis. Additionally, the firm co-authored the engagement component of the final plan.
