The Churchill-Millstone Redevelopment Plan Amendment – was completed in an effort to resuscitate a the Renaissance Redevelopment Plan in Franklin Township, which had not been successfully implemented in almost ten years.  The Plan Amendment involved substantial community input in the form of community meetings and surveys.  Immediately after the adoption of this Plan Amendment, a redeveloper was selected that will construct approximately 66 affordable rental units and over 21,000 square feet of retail space known as the FRANKLIN BOULEVARD COMMONS.
